The East Lansing Catholic Community (ELCC)), also called St. Thomas Aquinas Parish, is made up of two churches - St. Thomas Aquinas and St. John; a pre-k through 8th grade Parish School, and the St. John Student Center. The 3 buildings unite as one parish to serve the East Lansing Catholic Community.
St. Thomas Aquinas church is located at 955 Alton Road, East Lansing, MI 48823 across the street from Patriarche Park. Parking is available on-site for all Masses and events. ST. THOMAS AQUINAS PARISH SCHOOL
The parish school is adjacent to the church at 915 Alton Road, East Lansing, MI 48823, and shares a parking lot. Our parish school develops children ages 3 through 8th grade in their faith and academics. Current enrollment is around 320 students with spaces available at many grade levels. Located just off the campus of Michigan State University, 1.5 blocks north of the Union at 327 MAC Avenue, East Lansing, MI 48823. SJSC is the home of Catholic Spartans! Providing opportunities for formation, fellowship, and refuge for our college students attending MSU and other local colleges. Parking at St. John: Metered street parking on MAC Ave, Free 2 hour parking is available where there are no meters. (Don't go over 2 hours because the parking department is very diligent). There are also two adjacent parking structures: Grove Street Parking Garage and the Marriott garage. Parking is free on Sundays.
